Well if the history of the family is anything to go by, i will be fine till i am 40 and then i will do something stupid and damage it that way. Dinner tonight is grilled chicken covered in low fat bacon with a handful of grated cheese on it with a few chips. Not great, but i could do a lot worse i guess.
I could eat a scabby horse but have had a tin of omega 3 stabbur laks(fish) carrots an apple and a couple of crackers and low fat cheese spread Not happy ,roll on breakfast time lol!
It was very tasty and i am eating slower so that i know when i am full as well. I shall let that go down for a few hours then a session on the Wii, albeit a light one.
should really exercise then eat fairly soon after coz your bodys metabolism is working faster due to that recent activity,thus you burn the cals faster!

You know what, I was with the doc today and I forgot to mention the accupuncture Went through all the Meds I am on, canx some but she reminded me that I am supposed to be on anti-cholestorol tablets and even then she doubled the dose I was on I am officially falling to pieces Ain't age a bugger?
