You've lost me mate. Yeah I've been told to avoid caffeine as much as possible which made it easy to cut coke n tea out. Only drink water really and then alcohol once every couple of weeks. Found my sleeping has improved massively since, with added bonus of not waking up in middle of night coughing the contents of my lungs up.
Joking aside, that's why I have to be careful and don't do drugs or betting. I'm easily addicted, I know it's in my nature, hence why I avoid it.
