I think he's OK but it's such a bummer. He attends a charity event earlier in the evening and has this crash later.
Perhaps so but he was doing charitable work earlier and if not for that he may not have been on the M40. Now he'll probably lose his licence.

Thought the news report said he wasn't drunk? Did just scan it. If he was drunk then he was lucky that he didn't hurt anyone.
They took blood tests to check for alcohol. There is no proof that he had been drinking and given that he was let free, I would strongly suggest that he was not over the limit.
