    I think he's OK but it's such a bummer. He attends a charity event earlier in the evening and has this crash later.

    Perhaps so but he was doing charitable work earlier and if not for that he may not have been on the M40. Now he'll probably lose his licence.

    He may well have been doing charitable work earlier but he didn't have to drink alcohol and then drive a car after.I hope he loses his licence.If i had my way drink driving would carry a lifetime driving ban

    Thought the news report said he wasn't drunk? Did just scan it. If he was drunk then he was lucky that he didn't hurt anyone.

    My guess is he either escaped or paid off the police 'cos there's no way he was sober at 3am...

    They took blood tests to check for alcohol. There is no proof that he had been drinking and given that he was let free, I would strongly suggest that he was not over the limit.
