Personally, I don't want it stopped. I want them gone. How can we realistically squeeze them back in, that in itself would be greedy and corrupt, done for money not sporting integrity? This is the dilemma for corrupt mouthpieces like Masters. He knows the PL is worth more with Man U et al in it. A lot more. But the whole world is watching to see if he, too, is just a whore to money or whether he will put the sport first. But I don't want ministers blocking it, it will just result in more bad blood, more death to the integrity of the sport and you'd end up with UEFA over a bench buttering their own asshole. I want the CL reforms repealed, the 6 mutineers expelled and blocks on player registrations, transfers/loans and the cup competitions. End of an era, the horrific owners of these glorious institutions have robbed football of its' soul - and, somewhat ironically, the biggest victims will be the ESL clubs themselves - more specifically, their fans.
W e still have to look after our own. Weirdly our club would benefit from the ESL as we would be able to make ends meet with our fan base. In terms of size we would effectively end up being the biggest supporter club left.
