    Nah, i could see. i just tried too hard to kick someone last night and ended up turning it. Although my spacial awareness is nothing to be shouted about. In fact there is none!!

    thats me 30 min swim ! looked at the gym and thought nah! backs been acting up today ,prob wise to leave the gym alone and book a chiro on monday when I get home:)

    Well if the history of the family is anything to go by, i will be fine till i am 40 and then i will do something stupid and damage it that way.

    Dinner tonight is grilled chicken covered in low fat bacon with a handful of grated cheese on it with a few chips. Not great, but i could do a lot worse i guess.

    that's true...very low calorie hot chocolate is a good substitute for choc though :)

    I could eat a scabby horse but have had a tin of omega 3 stabbur laks(fish) carrots an apple and a couple of crackers and low fat cheese spread:( Not happy ,roll on breakfast time lol!

    It was very tasty and i am eating slower so that i know when i am full as well. I shall let that go down for a few hours then a session on the Wii, albeit a light one.

    should really exercise then eat fairly soon after coz your bodys metabolism is working faster due to that recent activity,thus you burn the cals faster!

    H headaches! push pressure points below eyebrows above eyelid! (google it)

    Oils camomile, lavender or petulia!

    Al knees pain relief oil of ginger black pepper ,juniper eucalyptus and german camomile!

    Mrs N did say there were others but with out knowing if you have any allergies she wouldnt tell me!! She did recommend you try an aromatherapist (obviously well qualified) she also recommended accupuncture!

    You know what, I was with the doc today and I forgot to mention the accupuncture<doh> Went through all the Meds I am on, canx some but she reminded me that I am supposed to be on anti-cholestorol tablets<doh> and even then she doubled the dose I was on:( I am officially falling to pieces:( Ain't age a bugger?
