I'm afraid I was in London last week and although I know they are not typical of the English as a whole I will have to give them my vote. One ignorant prick (A UPS delivery man) simply waved his hand in front of my face when I asked him for directions and the other one, a simpering studenty type with a severe attitude problem (and a death wish by all accounts) whose head I threatened to put through the Train window seem to typify the sort of ****s everyone assumes Londoners are. England it is for me (at this moment in time).
Makes me so proud to be a Londoner (all be it born in Watford). To be honest Dev that's pretty typical of people's experience of a visit down here and it's bloody depressing. some people will tell you that this is symptomatic of a big, busy, global city but i have my doubts. I actually try to go out of my way to be nice to people in a futile effort to balance it out a bit.

It's pretty sad, even if the UPS had suspected I was a beggar (I doubt it) then all he had to do was listen to what I was saying and then ignore me, the sad fact is that the **** just did not care. I know Londoners as a rule are not like this tit but I hate it when people live up to the stereotypical views. As for the other wee fanny, he won't soon speak to people like he tried with me, hopefully I did some good when I threatened him.
