Zola, Bergkamp and Fowler together would be the best the Premiership had to offer. Poor old Football League. I fkin hate SKY.
Way he pulls off his marker, all stealth like for the second...and composure for the third Skylarks - happy days.
Any team would have two centre forwards anyway, the No.10 and No.9. Fowler would be in top 5 No. 9's IMO as the likes of Cantona and Bergkamp and Zola are No.10's.
This is a typical knob head scouse fan answer.. to leave out RVN, Cantona, Andy cole, Rooney, Sheringham just proves how blinkered you are.. you elude to having reasoned debate but if you are a true scholar of football then I fail to see how any of the above can be discounted... If we break it down to No 9's and No10's then i would agree with fowler and Mickey Owen being included.
My favourite 2 Fowler goals are - the one where he makes Steve Staunton look like an idiot and rifles it in from 25 yards. And of course the one where he makes Neville look like a piece of ply-wood and then dinks it over Schmeichel (after already scoring a beauty of a free-kick against him in the same game).
Heh. You know what I meant Sir Larkalot. "Murdoch's Re-branded Football League. Like a Marathon bar - but BETTER! Getcha Snickers c***s! I shall address you as Larks - from this day forth...until sometime next week. Thinkin wednesday...
".. to leave out Cantona, Andy cole, Rooney, Sheringham".... And this would be a typical...comment from....??? Which team?? Can we guess. Ya gotta try harder Sweaty! Jeeeez. hahha.
And whattabout that Italian fella we only see when Owen pleads with SAF not to make him look bad in the cup..."don't put the first team in WITH me Alek...pleeeeeeeease! I'll look awful!" heh. Merchadles...that the fella? He's top five Prems n all right Sweaty?
McManaman - overrated (don't hate me, fellow Scouse)...it's an opinion. Can't accuse me of blahblah. Blomqvist - uhhhh...nah, don't remember a single thing he did. Nah. Swedish was he? Black bloke? Dunno Sweaty. I've heard daft things Sweaty but...coming off the reet plonker there sir.
I can. He played in the '99 CL final. Not very well, but play in it he did. He was definitely better than those two great wing hopes of recent times, Alber Rieira and 'Speedy' () Gonzales. If we're talking ****e wingers like.
Spev. Your posts are becoming increasingly unintelligable. Could you revert to standard English now and again please?
Nuno? Agreed. Rieira's twice the player Blomqvist was. Maybe thrice. Shame we let him go really. Decent. Made your lot look silly a few times.
Ok, Top No.9's Ruud Van Nistelrooy Alan Shearer Andy Cole Robbie Fowler Ian Wright No.10's Eric Cantona Gianfranco Zola Dennis Bergkamp Wayne Rooney Thierry Henry (with honourable mentions to Teddy Sheringham and Dwight Yorke)
