Think I'd say, people will market you whatever you want to hear. It's only by doing indepth research or speaking to people who actually have experienced knowledge in products, that's how you learn. People are always happy to take your cash bro, health is worth billions to those that wish to exploit it.

I did the same thing with Sauerkraut for a few jars before I realised I was just eating pickled cabbage. The proper stuff is much better and nicer. Lol.

 

Really easy to make your own too. Not that I’ve bothered mind, as it’s pretty cheap to pick up.

Just been to the gym, was nice to see the girls in their hungry arse leggings again. Felt a bit pervy tbh, 3 years off 40 and I’m staring at girls in their 20’s in the squat rack. The guilt is far outweighed by the arses though so **** it. Word

 

The secret is to occasionally lift a weight yourself to make it look like you’re there for a different reason.
