Tbf I don't think many people thought that was a good appointment, let alone work as well as it seems to be! They have done a lot lot better with their recruitment in recent windows too which obviously helps. IThey've been kinda like Everton whereby if you keep spunking money on players window after window, you'll eventually end up with some good ones.

Same. I have not thought too highly of Moyes, and I associate him with a fairly dour, tentative style of football. But handed a swashbuckling group of attacking players, he has allowed them to play to their strengths. West Ham still avoid possession the way I avoid getting set alight, but they counter aggressively and can be pretty easy on the eyes. Credit to him and to them.

I think both Newcastle and Fulham will get max 9 points before they meet .... therefore, if Fulham win that one, Newcastle are down .... it’s going to be tight ..... one poor game vs the likes of Burnley, Sheffield or (dare I say it?) us and that could be curtains. I really can’t see anyone other than 3 of the current bottom 4 going down .....

I can see Newcastle only getting 4 or 5 points. Tough run in. Could even struggle against Sheffield Utd since the pressure will be immense by then.

If Fulham don't beat Wolves then their revival will fade imo and Newcastle will stay up relatively comfortably.

Well, **** me, what a surprise ...... absolutely pathetic. What the **** part of his body was offside? His elbow? Shouldn’t count ...... utterly utterly pathetic .....

Agree with the views on VAR decision (I’ve always been in favour of an ‘umpires call’ system for these close ones) BUT if it helps Fulham go above Newcastle I’m all for it tonight
