I can't because just 1 slice can contain about 500 calories.. This isn't bad actually, but the base is cauliflower and mozzarella and its just not the same..
Who cares? Just build the calories into your daily intake if you’re counting them. Eating something that tastes like **** because of a calorie count is ****ing nuts imo.
It's a science mate.. I do intermittent fasting and that involves eating the right things more so than the calories tbh.. It all counts.. The sauce for example needs no be no sugar... Sugar is the devil because it creates an insulin spike. Each to their own, but being careful doesn't mean you can't try mix it up a little. You've got to have a good arsenal of options or you get bored and you fail

mother side was a bit further gone. Brown/seed bread isn’t great for toasting off this way. Bleached white Warburton Toastie is best.
