Turkey eggs are very nice, just fried them up and had in a sandwich. The shell and membrane are thicker so bit of a pain to get out of the shell but there's loads of yolk and it's creamier and stronger tasting than a chicken egg.

 

Want to make something different tonight, not sure what.

So that's cooking away for about 5 hours then I'm transferring to the oven and covering in a homemade BBQ sauce and roasting for another 30ish minutes.
