cheesey chips are a thing of beauty. Chippy at Uni would add a scoop of gravy over the top. Meal fit for a king.

 

It's stronger tasting but can be nice in some dishes.

 

They called that Disco fries in New York.

 

true story bro. He wouldn’t eat a pork chop that came with a kidney either. But you are too young to remember them. Think that’s where my dislike for them came from.

did like the use of silver skins tho.

 

Fried picked onions. I’m off out.

 

The silverskins worked a treat, rice is boring so I like to snazz it up with seasonings & things like pomegranate seeds, pineapple, grapes. And now Pickled onions

 

I don't like fruit in savory food at all.

Dont get the hype with chips tbh, yeah I like a bag of chips, loads of salt and onion vinegar so it's pouring out the bottom and the bossman looking at me like I'm taking the piss

But it's just a bit of potato init.

Not a fan of all the recent gaying up of chips tbh, peri peri chips, cheesy fries all that ****.

Just can't get excited about chips no matter how snazzy the are.
