Some one from our street once knocked on our door after the bin men had been and said we had their wheelie bin...think they were offended when I pissed myself laughing at them ... couldn't even get the words "take it mate" cos I was laughing so hard ... they had to just walk away cos everytime I tried to say something I pissed myself again.
Was before Mrs RCL moved in so was over 25 years ago.
I have just had to explain it to her cos I started laughing at the memory of it.

sounds pretty normal to me Garden waste , Recyclable stuff i.e. lots of green bottles and landfill / incinerator waste though this surely ranks as the boring convo in not606 history .Seems excessive
