To be consistent with my comments yesterday I have to say that I don't think its a penalty I don't think Maguire commits a foul I think Welbeck feels him behind him and goes down. Edit - watched again there is a hand on the shoulder and they have certainly been given before but if they consistently didn't give these decisions that would be OK.
Likewise, there are a select 2 or 3 teams that are consistently given penalties for these kind of incidents, and coincidentally they all wear a red shirt.
