You’re literally suggesting that you could sue a business but the actual owners wouldn’t be entitled to know the outcome of the case. As it goes, it’s all ready been ruled by the court that the outcome will be published.
I understand that, but what I'm suggesting or asking is whether newcastle would have the right to withhold the result until they ssw it fit.. Ie when it's done?
this is incorrect I think. I heard the PL have confirmed that it’s up to the club to formally confirm when the transaction is approved and goes through.
I was referring to the publication of the judgement, which Newcastle claimed as a win in their statement.
Am I missing something in the article. I can’t see anything in it that quotes anything new and that hasn’t been quoted before?
It just means pallota isn't worth a thought. It's PIF PCP and the Rueban brother or Mike Ashley. If we lose the case or go down in sure other buyers will be circling, but given we've been there for 14 years I really don't want to go back to reading about half arsed interest.
Is it now going to be a 4 way split? PIF PCP RB And NUST? Odd considering nust wouldn't under Ashley and they came about at the same time as Staveley came on the scene
The NUST have a project that is sort of takeover related that is going to be announced on Thursday. This is part of the email sent to it's members
It's probably some cringeworthy 'please by newcastle we're the greatest fans on earth' scheme. Something the makems will have a field day with along with everyone else. NUST from what I've seen are a collection of absolute *****s that didn't even have the nouse to ask Richard masters an open question, so I fear the worst on Thursday. A hide under the quilt moment incoming me thinks.
