Anybody ever worked in Saudi? Looking for tips on the culture of the big Corps, are they aggressive etc? Sure a few on here were out there years back.
You thinking of working out there ? My brother's mate works there. The one tip he said, was not to have a car accident, because it will automatically be your fault by virtue of you being there. The premise is, that if you were not in the country then the accident would not have happened, therefore, it's your fault.
My lad’s recently come back from working in Dubai for a large corp. He hated it, thought the Arabs looked down on Westerners and were as arrogant as ****.

Strangest day at the new job. Well it was an old job, but starting again...Probably one of the smoothest days i've had for yonks.
They're also thick as fck, more money than sense and need others to do things for them. Which probably bodes well for Tel.
Racist ****s too so I hear. Loads of Africans working in Saudi doing the menial jobs that Saudis think are below them, and getting a ton of abuse whilst doing it.
I've never been anywhere near that area. Spent plenty of time in Arab cities in Morocco, but that's more Berber culture with a mix of Arabic, Spanish, Sub Saharan African. A real melting pot and very accommodating as a result.
