I will never wear a mask. I will never take a CV19 jag. I will never take a CV19 test. I don't care if it bars me from society. Nearly everyone I know who's taken the vaccine has ended up with a side effect from pains to feeling like they've got the flu... all for a virus that kills people with a higher age than typical UK life expectancy. I do wear a mask. I've been tested 3 times. I'm not taking the vaccine. I don't see the need to be vaccinated against summat that has a 0.01% mortality rate. I'm more likely to die of seasonal flu (which I also don't vaccinate against).
PS. As I understand it (and I may be wrong) the vaccines on offer do not prevent you transmitting COVID. They stop you getting ill from it. I'm perfectly happy with the 0.01% risk to myself in that case. I'm not hurting anyone else.
They said at the start that it meant you could still transmit it on to others and then they changed it to it reduces the chance of transmitting it on to others.
I just did a quick bit of research; "may help reduce transmission" seems to be what's being said. Soap. This does reduce transmission (of quite a lot of things not just COVID).
