I know we're not the same team as we were last season but I'd be disappointed if we don't beat Real over two legs. They're in a worse position than us.

Does that not present a covid risk to our players?

    no.

well.... in THEORY all the rest of tier scum are covid clear via testing though you would have to wonder as we did many times before.

a nice 3-0 would be great wouldn't it.

early goal to settle the nerves then party time.

Any clean sheet is good but i reckon an away goal or even 2 might be needed.

We know little concerning where these teams are at really but the evidence of what was seen between atletico and chelsea would suggest we need to be on it.

I think if we are there will be chances, more than you would expect on a high class game.

I also think we will give the ball away by going long ad will let them have more of the ball. I don't see it particularly being in the mind of a possession based team like real to sit really deep and hoof it away. I don't see us particularly wanting to sit high up the park so i can see us hitting on the break.

you are forgetting firmino and wijnaldum. i'm willing to bet we flood that CM zone. ball over the top to the front 2 left as our main tactic.

was the week after we went and smashed United 4-1 at OT if I recall correctly. Andrea Dossena with a cheeky lob over Van der Saar at the end
