Been over to see the eldest who moved into her first house with her boyfriend just as we were going into this lockdown. Lovely afternoon and we got to exchange both Xmas and birthday presents. Knows I like good rum or whisky so she's bought me this ... looking forward to cracking it open.

Yoga is definitely your friend when it comes to Sciatica. I get it now and again when an old pelvic injury flares up, which causes back pain and nerve impingement. My missus is a Yoga nut and I often come downstairs in the morning to find her standing on her head etc.

Anyway, she showed me some moves that definitely help. Nothing too taxing, but I do them religiously every day now.

When it get past 9pm and you begin to think at what time should i go to bed?

Don't want to be late for first day at new job, but also don't want to be an Owl, and sitting watching tv at 3am.

He’s already been there since the end of last week.

This is the sort of **** that happens when you let salt in the fridge go unchallenged.

Here atm. Massive gorse fire here yesterday. Real shame too as it’s a nature reserve so loads of nesting birds, voles, weasels, adders etc would have been torched :(

Anyway, rode on from the scorched earth to here. 3000 year old settlement with an underground Fogou.
