Surely it would have been easier for everyone - club and us - to just give a discount for renewing the STs next year. All this voucher stuff is a hassle for everyone. Can't believe it has taken so long for the club to come up with a solution that seems fairly impractical for everyone.

ABSOLUTE ****ING DISGRACE!! This is not a refund. Everything goes back to the club. A massive con and Bhatia and Fernandez have gone down a long way in my estimations!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amit resigned over a 40% increase, but he obviously thinks a 34% increase is ok?!! What with the extra up-grade to be able to buy extra tickets, I feel completely ripped off by the club! Am I right in saying that it is more per game for me than someone buying a match ticket, how can that be right?
Northy...is there any way you can put this on Fernandez's twitter or whatever, to show how pissed off a lot of us are with this?

Col I 100 percent agree with u. This is also an indication that next seasons prices will not be much different either. There was uproar about the hike and amit apparently resigned over the matter. Bit of a joke all round. Gone way down in my book and I for one will not be singing his name on Saturday. They have had the press and failed to deliver in my book.

Sorry guys, don't agree it is a disgrace. My ST works out at £25 an hour entertainment. I consider that reasonable value, especially if more quality players are brought in at the Jan window. Couple of hours fun on attack with a decent car will cost you £100.

The point is that they made a huge song and dance about this BIG refund...and it turns out to be nothing of the sort!! Plus, Amit obviously now feels that the season ticket hike was not so bad after all!!? Joke!

ok Col, see that point. I guess I just look at it as reasonable value for money still.

Did Fernandes sanction the ticket increase?

People forget Bernie and Flavio pocketed that money NOT Fernandes and the fact he has given anything back is credit to Tony and the club.

Like I said the other other night it's not as easy as everyone thinks and you can't please everybody.

Can't say im suprised it was always gonna cause the club a headache guess thats why the cash refund has been withdrawn. My only concern is that my boys £99 season ticket went up £199 and has now dropped to £174 with the refund. I'd have rather had a larger refund on his than mine for the reason we should be looking after the next generation of supporters i know the under 8s are free and thats a start but whilst 100% increase was a disgrace i don't see 75% as being any better. But again when i paid for them i was not doing so thinking i'd get anything back so its hard to be to critical we all had the choice to tell them to #### off by not renewing but we did and probably always would. As for amit and tony if they put up the money for a striker a cb and another cm in january i won't be complaining and i think we have to judge them on how they treat us and it would have been very easy for them to say sorry but we can't do anything about things that happened before we took over

The cash thing is a challenge as you have to get your s/t and voucher to them by next Wednesday. Dilemma is

    1) Post tomorrow but not have ticket back in time for Saturday
    2) queue with 5000 others on Saturday
    3) post off on Monday

    Help!!!!!

I spoke to the club yesterday and there is NO cash alternative. It's either the tat from the club shop, spend it on the few away games up till xmas or nothing.
Whilst realising that this is only a gesture on their part i just wanted to say what many here have already said that it is a f####n disgrace.
Of course the new regime didn't have to give us anything at all, but to cyniclly harp on for the last few months that we were gonna get a 'Substancial refund' (Amits quote NOT mine) and then give us vouchers for club merchandice is taking the p###.
A few points to note are
1/ as we get a 10% discount with our ST anyway i guess the vouchers are worth 10% less than face value anyway (Hopefully i might be wrong and we can use our season ticket discount in conjunction with the vouchers but will wait to see).
2/ As we only have to 31 dec to use the vouchers does that mean the shop is gonna be adequetly stocked with extra merchandise, sizes etc.
3/ the system they have used for refunds makes no sense. Why does a childs season tkt get a very generous 25% refund and an adult get about 8% ??

Anyway for what its worth im gonna send an e-mail as asked by the club with my issues and will await there response. Until then for what its worth i'm intending to boycott buying any food and drink from the club (Usually £25-£30 quids worth with all my lot) and instead will bring stuff in from outside. Maybe an empty gesture but from my part but at least it will make me feel better.

As the Sex Pistols once said ' Ever get the feeling you've been cheated............'

Think the Sex Pistols quote was...."Ever get the feeling you've been had...."

At least I can get something for up to £25 in the club shop...better than a smack in the eye, as my Mum says...

I think you are missing the point here...what people are p###### off about is the cynical manipulation of the press by the new regime in the way they kept on about the 'Substancial refund' we were gonna be getting.
Personally i would rather they would of said nothing and we all could of drawn a line under it, but i guess then Amit couldn't of used the ticket increase as a reason to leave in the first place.......ooppss now it's me being cynical !!!
And as i've asked you before, WHY isn't it that easy for cash refunds. It was done before a few years ago so whats suddenly got more difficult now

I wont expect an answer from you CB as you never bothered to answer last time.........
