It’s difficult to clean. The cupboards are Matt black/!charcoal . We had led strips fitted under the worktops and it shows every fingerprint. Been trying to find anti static spray. Got me a new tv unit too.

Oh yeah olive oil and black pepper. It's smoked rainbow trout, bloody lovely.

 

Smoked trout is lovely. And loads better than farmed Salmon

Probably one of the oiliest fish going though, so I'd keep the olive oil off the plate personally.
