Right now 3rd is not beyond us. 8 wins required from here but Leicester are not quite out of sight. Have to feel good about catching up a bit in this match week The only issue is leicester need to go 2 points per game and we need to go 3 per game. I think 7 wins needed for 4th.
I don’t think it will be that high a hurdle. With many of these contenders playing each other or City, I will think 6 wins out of 8 will guarantee a top 4 place.
The main thing is to get into the spot asap and then win games to hold it. Chelsea have it so can win 8 and we can do nothing. This weeks been great to give us a big boost for the madrid game but in the end we been to follow this one up with another win and we owe villa massively. Hopefully we can do the ****s.
Hate to tell you this but on level games Spurs, Westham and Everton can go above you. Chelsea are not your only worry
And if all 3 of those teams win 8 of their remaining games then they’ll deserve to finish above us in the table

Tbf I think a few of them meet each other No idea what difference it makes but it will make some Chelsea have a lot of tough games but I think they could win them Everton have City but it’s on the last day so anything could happen as City won’t be going for points record but could very well going for the quad All very interesting
yeah was surprised by the quality of the goals. The first lob abs the volley were the standouts for me.
The Robinson volley was absolutely brilliant but the whole performance from scoring the equaliser was top notch with the 4th goal being a wonderful move . When teams like WBA suddenly play like 1970 Brazil you do wonder where that sort of performance has been during the rest of the season .
Assuming spurs beat Newcastle later, they will go 4th above chelsea on GD. That’s how mental this season is, that a manager and team that have been atrocious for large parts are still in with a shout West Ham will then go 4th if they beat wolves on Monday. assuming West Ham spurs and everton all win West Ham 52 Spurs 51 Chelsea 51 Liverpool 49 everton 49 with game in hand were back in it, but there’s no room to let up as fighting one team you can afford for a couple bad results on assumption they will also have a bad result somewhere. But when fighting 4 others for 1 spot, they aren’t all going to lose games at same time. It very much seems like a team that can put together a run of 4/5 wins will secure that 4th spot
