McGeady crap shot...like Gooch earlier... C'mon lads get it together.. I would change a couple at half time, Gooch off and either O'Brien or Stewart or Diamond(on for Jones 60th minute)
Need an extra man in centre mid. They are playing straight through there. Switch to 3 at the back and get an extra man in midfield.
I'm not worried tbh. Oxford will gradually fall back and we'll create more chances. Oxford had no option but to have a go and I can't see them holding their nerve ... ... but I believe we will.
Definitely. LJ got this massively wrong so far. Needs to change it up at half time. Been abysmal so far.
You need to attack them, don't sit back. Obviously I can't see what your lads are doing. My lot beat them, but to say we were lucky would be an understatement, they should have had half dozen, but they are not clinical enough. Oxford best attacking side, but they don't have Lincoln's clinical finishing.
Really frustrating this. Another game of following suit of not playing close to what we’re capable of but today we’ve been punished. Gooch has offered little for weeks now and if we’re playing this system, I’m really surprised and disappointed O’Brien isn’t in that role (injuries aside). Still good enough to turn this around but we can’t keep not reaching our top levels and expect to keep getting wins.
