    I have paid £170 quid for servers (I bought two dedicated, first one was crap), I spent £500 on employing a freelance professional designer to deliver a new design which is going to be ready next week, I spent £180 on the vbulletin software (the old version 4.0.0 was, how shall I say, 'free', I upgraded to 4.1.1 for support reasons) and I have spent £300 on linux professionals sorting out the server (with the lag on the home page every 2 minutes the last remaining issue).

    So for all your issues:

    Not a very original design - you're right it's being changed.
    Getting hacked - It wasn't a hack, it was a script kiddy hitting the worst performing scripts on the site. You're right I just spent money to fix it.
    Voting for mods - We needed mods, that was 100% clear after two days. I didn't know any one of these guys who were filling the boards, I suggested that the people choose among them who should represent them. It wasn't perfect but it solved an immediate problem, and out of it we have got a few gems. There are a couple I'm monitoring, I already de-modded the Formula 1 mod, I am about to de-mod another. I will make mistakes in the frenzy to sort the place out but I'm not afraid to back track.

    For everyone's information I have not yet permanently banned anyone. There was one person spamming 17 different boards with links to another site, I banned him for 1 day. People have PM'ed me saying just to get rid of you, since you're trolling around individual forums stating your displeasure at the current situation. I'm not going to ban someone just for voicing negative opinions - I am not that arrogant yet to think just because we've signed up so many individuals that we are the best and I can't blame people for pointing out all the obvious flaws.

    What I won't accept however is the insinuation from yourself that no effort is being put into pushing the community forward, and that I am not listening to what the community has to say.

    Please stop adding apostrophes to plural words for no apparent reason you semi-literate ballsack. I was brought up during the war when we were rationed to just 2 apostrophes per week. I find your cavalier attitude to this once proud punctuation mark an insult to all those who laid down their lives during two world wars. When I was a boy, our mother had to bulk out our Punctuation Soup with grave accents, cedillas, circumflexes and other foreign muck. If you have a patriotic bone in your body, please learn to use the apostrophe properly.
