Southgate’s time is up. To be honest even though we got to the WC semi-finals we had an easy run and as soon as we came up against a half decent side we were knocked out. Beating a ****e Swedish team and needing pens to see off the mighty Colombia was nowt to write home about.

 

Southgates use of subs is horrendous and yeah Stones made a big mistake but the ball from Pope was pap too. A bigger deal of it would have been made if it was Pickford
