On the Bristol Rovers stream I was watching, they were adamant it was a penalty too.
without the luxury of replays you can see why if I’m honest.

Imagine that was given against them to win us the game ...

... exactly the same whinging about agendas and suspect referees.

He's done a Holloway, believed his own rhetoric and become a walking joke.

Not a chance, Bristol Rovers stream would have the same camera angle that I watched and never for one second did I even consider that was a penalty. It was a foul on O'Nien and the ref got it completely correct

It was a foul on Onien and it was correctly given as that

Barton may well be a decent coach Smug, but his first sessions must be in ****housery and intimidation, that's obvious in his sides and was evident yesterday. Johnson seems a bit too canny to fall for it and it looks likes we matched them yesterday

I noticed we launched it to the front two quite a bit yesterday ...

... missed out the midfield and avoided possible injuries and red cards.

You could see their intentions from the start, so did Johnson as you say.

Nicked from over the road. Laughable that he thinks he's going to get am apology from the refs about it. Hopefully someone sends it to the FA and they ask him to explain his comments about the ref.

Watching the highlights back we should of won more comfortably really. Never feels like it in the nerves of the game but it turned out to be a pretty routine win

I do feel a bit sorry for the Gas, having Barton as manager must be a hard ask .

Win loose or draw, I quite often watch the full match again on SAFC.com, it's amazing how few nerves I've got the day after <laugh><laugh>

Wolfy why are you the only Sunderland fan who thinks that was a chance of being awarded a penalty, you just don't seem to want to help yourself on here and each post you do highlights your agenda of being the polar opposite to nearly everyone else on here. Thanks
I don't normally pick people out for criticism but I'm beginning to make an exception in your case.

He pulls the same shyte every game, finds the tiniest thing and doesn't let it drop in the hope people get bored and leave the thread. No one could really believe that was a penalty and he doesn't, its just the means to derail the thread.

If he can't get his own way hell claim he's being ganged up on and denied his right to an opinion.

    It's pathetic tbh.

I find it mind boggling Barton thinks that is a penalty. O'Nien is first to the ball. No doubt he is trying to sow seeds with the next couple of refs they get.

Its a bloke looking for any excuse to detract away from the fact he has been a disaster since going there

Same here KLD, I always remember the Simon Crabtree line about us supporting the club through "thin and thinner" it was funny at the time and still resonates all these years later

It would be great if the ignore function extended to people quoting that ignored person. It’s confusing as **** sometimes otherwise :D

Tbh the attention he gets is the be all and end all for him.

He'd be pleased if he saw this thread as mad as that sounds.

We played relegation battlers away from home and took all three points ...

... that's what we should be thinking about more than Barton.

Although I can't resist laughing at him tbh.
