Yeah, but you might have seen the odd pic of the breakfast rolls I've posted and they are the huge doughy mass produced white ones.

A wrap is even better than one of those. Although I do leave most of them tbf.

Not bothered by a bit of salt and sugar, i don't over do that stuff anyway.

It's beer and wine I over do.

Yeah I hear you. Cut out the wrap and have 4 bottles of Peroni instead <laugh>

I try really hard not to use bready stuff as a go to, as it’s too easy to to have toast/sandwich/wraps/etc for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I love the stuff though, and whilst it’s always going to be loaded with carbs and calories ; it’s best to get a good loaf from a farm shop or similar that’s been baked locally as it won’t have loads of crap in it to preserve it for the supermarket shelves.

Had one few years ago, done the lot, you just put in the ingredients and it mixed then baked for you.

Decent bit of kit. Made a few hash cakes with it too.

yeah they are decent enough, but the one I had only made a small loaf.

they do cut out all of the mixing, kneading, proving, knocking back etc as it does it all for you.

I tend to make soda bread at home as it’s piss easy to make and you can have a huge loaf done in 25 mins start to finish.

There’s only 2 of us most of the time so a small loaf is sound and I like the idea of the smell of fresh bread every morning as you can set the timer on some of the ones I’ve seen.

Made the sofrito and then changed my mind again, having Dominos as they have a new pizza called The Absolute Banger.

The Absolute Banger is topped with Domino’s iconic pepperoni slices, fiery chorizo and sizzling sausage – and if that wasn’t enough for one sausage fest – there’s also super-tasty, smoky hotdog slices.

    Right up my street.

Yep ideal. The one I had had a timer too.

Good option, coz you can lob your ingredients the night before and wake up to fresh bread.

I’d just add a small caveat. They don’t make bread as nice as one that’s been kneaded by hand, but they are very convenient.

    Fish n chips tonight.

Humongous piece of Cod, good chips and mushy peas not lobbed all over the chips <ok>

They forgot the tartare sauce, so get knocked down a point for that.

8/10 was really tasty and plenty of it
