This is a democratic country with freedom of speech and action.

The collective noun for the stupidest people in the land is religious. In a free country, however, they are free to believe in their non-existent deities so long as they do not force their beliefs on others.

In a free country, anybody is fair game for ridicule or to be satirised. So if someone wants to poke fun at Jesus or Mohammed they are free to do so.

It seems that religious ******s who believe in the Koran think that their work of fiction has higher status than the law of the land. There is no word from religious ******s who believe in the Bible, but it does not say that satirising Jesus is not allowed.

Those religious ******s who want to live in a country where what is written in the Koran is the law clearly need to move permanently to another country.

Perhaps it is time that the British press got together as a collective and published the cartoon of the Prophet Mohammed on their front pages on Easter Saturday, just to make it absolutely clear to the religious ******s that our collective freedoms are more important than a religious minority. If it turns out that the cartoon is not funny then nobody will be bothered about it again, except the woke virtue signallers of the Left, who will probably take a knee.

Yeah, Covid is a major factor in Brexit.

No, apparently. Plus the Torys aren't allowed credit for the vaccine for some reason. Same guys will wonder why they get another Tory Government.

In last week’s Sunday Telegraph, Iain Duncan Smith wrote an article in which he called upon the House of Commons to support an amendment to the Trade Bill that would allow Parliament to decide whether a country (obviously in this case China) was committing genocide and deal with it accordingly.

The increasing amount of evidence escaping from Xinjiang indicates that Uighur Muslims are being brutalised by the Beijing regime despite its claims that they are being re-educated. The CCP will not allow the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to visit the region to confirm or deny the allegations of abuses in internment camps including rape, forced sterilization, torture, electrocution and organs being harvested for donation.

Britain had imposed sanctions on Chinese officials because of the alleged human rights abuses in Xinjiang, so the CCP has imposed sanctions on nine UK individuals and four organisations. MP Iain Duncan Smith now finds that he cannot visit Chinese territory and he cannot do business with China. If he has any Chinese assets, they are frozen. This gesture politics will not silence Beijing’s critics but further publicise the case; and Duncan Smith could not care less as I am sure his local takeaway will still do him a sweet and sour. <laugh>

Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab issued a statement pointing out the bleeding obvious: “It speaks volumes that, while the UK joins the international community in sanctioning those responsible for human rights abuses, the Chinese government sanctions its critics.”

Bojo has done more for a United Ireland than most in history. Not only did he shaft the Hun but didn't even spit on their arsehole while doing it.

You're not allowed to say that. Dunc gets awfully upset when one refers to the portliness of politicians.

Poor sad Remainers, now having to manufacture any excuse going to grumble about Brexit. They would much rather have been in the EU watching it totally bungle vaccination across the continent. At least they would not be able to blame Britain for its success because it would still be waiting on some jobsworth in Brussels.

Since 80 per cent of British businesses have no dealings with the EU, then 80 per cent of the remaining 20 per cent means that only 16 per cent of British businesses actually have problems. But we know that the big global players of the FTSE-100 and their EU-funded mouthpiece the CBI know how to make lots of noise in the media.

Yeah, who’d have thought it’d be the Conservative and Unionist Party that would preside over the break up of the United Kingdom?

Think your maths is a bit off there mate. Unsurprisingly, as your m.o. is to make up any old nonsense to support your various irrational badinage.

To put you right; Britain is a trading nation. We have just erected barriers with the world’s largest trading bloc. The one on our doorstep.
