Scottish national breakfast dish - obviously not available in Spain or last night's result would have been different :(

Like your new signature - but you have one 'y' too many I think :)

Years ago, a former boss told me his sure-fire cure for a persistent headache was to eat a bowl of ice cream, jump into bed with his wife for a bout of passionate lovemaking, then eat another bowl of ice cream straight after - said it worked every time.

I tried it once, but I didn't really fancy his wife. :)

Well as you have brought this up i will continue on this train of thought.

My ex gets migraines most days and only the strongest painkillers work and even then they dont cure it, they just dull the pain. However, she was talking to a girl friend and was told that sex and climax was the best cure.

Apparently it is the endorphins released by the brain which help. So as you do we tried it and since then it was our code for after hours activities that she would say "i have a headache".

H, you need to get in a sauna or a steam room and sweat it out of you. Alternatively boiling water in a bowl, a few drops of lavender oil and head over the bowl with a towel on top of you. Get some deep breathing of that in you and you'll fell like a new person :)

Ain't that typical, I might be going up that way next month depending when my Mum gets the keys to her house. As I will be doing the dutiful son bit and helping out with the garden etc.
