Nice one. Going for an 8k run today. Like you, take a day’s rest between runs. Body standing up well to training. Started adding some pull ups, light shoulder press and tricep dips after my runs as want to start doing handstands again. did quite a tough yoga session last night and tried some handstands, they always make me sore. So maybe to old for them now!
Off out for a walk. The sun has made an appearance for the first time in weeks here so might as well get some vitamin D.
