Looking forward to going back to the gym for some perving. Only problem is that the gym I go to in White City is too dark. Long easy run today finishing on shuttle runs 9k. Yoga tomorrow. Run with tempo splits Wednesday 8k. Yoga Thursday. Friday straight run time trial 6.5k then gentle 20k lads' bike ride. More bacon sandwiches than Lycra tbf. Saturday yoga. Rest day Sunday (maybe some plyometrics) depending on how much rum and class A gets bashed on Friday and/or Saturday.
4.5 mile trail run last night, each mile slightly pacier than the last. This is about the limit of my interest but I've got some in the tank to make it a 10k (six miles) if I wanted. Might have to find a route diversion for longer evenings coming up. Same again tomorrow, no niggles!
Am ditching white bread as well, not that I have it that often. Can feel the ****ing stuff on my hips when I do eat it though! The devils work.
