My late father’s house was - he kept ‘everything’!
Birth and marriage certificates starting from the middle of the 19th Century, newspaper cuttings from the 1940s - even a small cutting from the Evening Post of the team selected for a Swans Reserves match: he was in it at 16 years of age. (He also kept the letter from Billy McCandless the Swans Manager informing him of his first selection for the Swans Reserves)
