To be honest mate, I hate Kane as much as any Arsenal fan does, but if we're looking at what the standard for a penalty is these days, this is absolutely a penalty. Cash is stupid for going to ground and looking to make a challenge when the ball was going out. And even if the ball wasn't, Kane wasn't going anywhere from that position, so I don't know why Cash felt the need to slide in. There's definite contact with Kane's shin. Just utterly naive all round. Don't really think anyone can complain that it's a penalty.
