I'm sure that's all true. You can grow Spinach in your garden pretty easily though. You can pick it and it grows back too.
So why does China produce most of it, when all those other countries can grow their own, explain the logic here?
I've gone too far from the original, what I made was nice but with the rich lamb the Tom puree and the yoghurt it was all a bit much. Maybe a really nice starter or snack, need to strip it back again but it's been interesting trying to add to your recipe. End of the day though the original was better.
I get the expediency of shop bought but tastes nothing like the real thing. Maybe try making the dough a freezing it it bags until you need it and just take it out an hour before you start cooking.
