    Bets for today:

Kempton 2.40pm Nightboattoclyro 5/2 win. Brilliantly named and he just missed out getting in the Martin Pipe. Horse is very well and is quite well fancied for this by yard. But I also like Vive le Roi 7/1 each way in the race as he is now 9lb lower than his last visit to Kempton when second in the 2020 Lanzarote. He has fallen to his last winning handicap mark of 128 and ground has come good for him today so I think he has a chance.

Uttoxeter 3.35pm Golan Fortune 11/1 each way 5 places. The plan was to go for the Grand National so the distance shouldn't be a problem and I can see him running well in this.

    Good luck all! :emoticon-0167-beer:

1:50 Uttoxeter - Huntsman Jog 11/2. Also had an ew single on Hot Ryan at 16s. Reverse fc.
    2:25 Uttoxeter - Eclair Surf 11/2
    2:40 Kempton - Switch Hitter 6/1
    3:00 Uttoxeter - Thibault 7/1
    3:15 Kempton - Smarty Wild 4/1
    3:35 Uttoxeter - Achille 16/1

    Good luck all.

Had these passed on to me by a relative who is at Wexford point meeting today, interesting to see how they go, it's an unusual case to see the online bookmakers offer odds on these as usually the only place to get a bet is at the track, unless your independent bookie is up to scratch and is willing to take a bet off you. I obviously had a look at them myself after getting the message and there's nothing out of the ordinary really, Colin Bowe's pair in the first two races are expected to go close, 2/1 and 11/4 would tell anyone that though, Crossgales Ophelia in the 3.40 is trading at around 9/1 generally and then onto the last race where High Stakes is expected to make it another win and is generally a short priced 11/10 fave.

I'll likely not back all 4 of these, but I will be keeping tabs on the markets through the day, I do like the Bowe runner Regarde in that first and will back him before seeing how things shape up. Interesting to see how these 4 pan out.

    All the best folks.

Place money but why oh why did the jockey take the five mile route rather than the four mile route.

Well done Nass and other favourite backers <badger>

Crossgales Ophelia hoses up in Wexford, the first of the four to oblige but at a nice price.
