we spent £30m on Sissoko when £30m was a lot for a player, especially of Sissoko’s ability.

£30m to get rid of Mourinho is a steal in today’s market.

£30m will probably be our starting budget for the summer seeing as it’s very possible we won’t have European revenue next season, so if we use it all on sacking Jose we’re gonna need to be really smart in the market by selling and buying... and we’ve done great at that recently <laugh>

So I’d say we’re ****ed either way. <party>

So the king of negotiations and money mastermind (according to many) brought in an expensive manager who has been sacked on numerous occasions after a short period of time and gave him a mega bucks contract for a long period.

    Well done Daniel Levy <doh>

Looks like we're stuck with this duffer though.

Wouldn't a sensible contract have some sort of performance, or lack of it, clause? After last night's miserable display that should result in a cardboard box for his possessions and a security escort to the exit.

Levy was too busy gazing into Jose's eyes to have thrown in a break clause. Bloke seems obsessed with Jose, proper fanboy ****.

Out because we deserved it so I’m not making excuses but if the tie remained as originally planned with home leg 2nd I reckon we would have gone through. If anything it just shows how poor we are dealing with the psychology of the game...I’ve said it for years...the club needs counselling.

But there were no fans! Are you suggesting that the mere act of travelling outside of London causes our players to ****e themselves? If so, they need more than counselling. They need serious medication.

I suppose the one small glimmer of light of going out means that we hopefully won't see Doherty, Dier, Winks, Sissoko and Dele play for us again seeing as we can now field our first XI in every game without worry of over playing and most if not all will be sold in the summer... baby steps.

Work with me here, guys. Let's find some positives!

im saying the dynamics of the game...Zagreb don’t blast us 3-0 in the first leg if the first leg was at their place because they were on the crest of a wave last night...that’s why you, me and everyone else knew what was coming...we could see that psychological beast building up in them. If last night is the first leg that animal is not there and I bet we get a result then see it out at home. It’s not about just fans it’s the pressure of the game.

We dont deal well with do or die situations...it’s a problem with the club

We get Skippy back...and Sessegnon...and there's some talent in the academy lads. Rodon must have something to offer beyond what Dier can...surely?

How much did it cost West Ham to get where they are?...and we've got some good players to build with.

We need a manager who can work with imperfect players and build a team, not discard players after a solitary mistake and drain the entire squad of confidence.

Sacking Mourinho has to be the start, irrespective of what it costs.

At a guess, Winks was likely drifting to the right due to Orsic making that entire flank his own personal bitch

Would've been nice if Sissoko wasn't complicit in that happening
