Yes, fortunately I can run a trail down the river either to Richmond one way or Barnes the other so I can avoid roadwork. When gyms open I will probably go back to shorter quicker runs and conditioning. At the moment I am doing more than 25k a week over three runs, which will **** my body if I do it too long

Nah the gyms closed bro. Plus I busted my rotator cuff, it seems better now like. I did some running the other week which I found boring but at least it was something, but I got a pain in my ankle and my physio pal told me it’s possibly tibial tendinitis or something, maybe from when I broke my ankle. I’ve been on a good ‘diet’ since about Nov and lost about 22lbs though so I’ll be ready to get back at it when the gyms open again.
