Well yeah but it’s Joelinton being marked by prime Baresi. He might bang one in from 30 yards but probably not.
So the Aj v Fury fight is on, the so called clash of the Brits - which ironically won’t be held in the uk so hardly any brits get to see it live unless they pay a fortune to go to Dubai (or similar) and a rip off TV price beckons all. with 2 fights booked so there is already a rematch ! I am calling the first a contentious draw with Fury winning the rematch.
Fury 4/7 for this one. Generous to AJ that I’d have expected around 1/3 given their skill set but I’d imagine early bets have dictated the prices. Mind games will be well underway the minute the venue gets announced, AJ will be defeated before he gets on the plane.
My opinion FWIW, I don’t give AJ a hope in hell. I think he will do well to win a single round, he’ll go in too heavy, with a head full of thoughts and doubt. He’ll try to land as many body shots as possible to score some points and his massive head will get pounded like a defenceless punch bag.
The cynic in me thinks given it’s a two fight deal it’ll be closer than that in the first. Might back the draw.
Cant stand him and his Mr clean never say anything even remotely interesting persona. Can imagine playing on my phone if I was in a room with AJ tbh. If the BBC made boxers
Ajs only hope is to go aggressive early and take fury by surprise, he simply cannot out think or out box him imo. But AJ won't do that cos he's just a more boring Frank Bruno. When he fought ruiz, in his corner he was looking for help looking around like how's this happening? don't tell me that man can change his tactics in ring on the flip of a thought. Not without help he can't and thats why hell get ruined by fury I reckon
i posted earlier that I think the first fight will be a contentious draw and Fury will win the second. it seems both fights this year, but who is on the list as official challengers
Fury has been involved in some right turkeys yet he’s somehow now viewed as being on a different plane. Not for me he isn’t. Yes he’s fought the biggest single punching heavy weight there’s ever been imo, but Wilder can’t box, never has been able to, he’s a swinger who if he lands cleanly will spark out an opponent, he got schooled by Ortez before catching him with one shot. Fury got downed by him, first fight and then schooled him in the second as he just outboxed him on the front foot from the off. Joshua is a completely different proposition, as he can definitely box as well as bang. The fight is a coin toss for me.
Some live criminal boxing on at the moment, if anyone's really bored: No idea who's on the bill or if it's any good.
