We have a lot of money behind us too. Heck of a lot. 5 PL season's worth. Trouble is, it's far far behind us now.
The danger i see with Sunderland is they have a young manager who from the outside looking in looks destined for good things .. he is tactically very aware .. and has definitely got them rolling here. I think it will be tight but our recent form is definitely cause for optimism .. but of course we are Hull City .. and we never do things the easy way .. sit tight and enjoy the roller coaster as ever.
That's a very nice thing to say Chazz so thank you too. I just thought it needed nipping in the bud before it became a "my dad's bigger than your dad" situation.
It will only take a couple of defeats for them and the knives will be out. We are in a fantastic position and there are so many in this board worrying about the other teams. Just relax and let's have some fun because we certainly need some in these strange times.
We always have have sticky patches whatever league we are in or what manager we have, I have them all the time but that's probably an age thing. I do not think Sunderland will be in the Auto's I honestly believe they will mess it up in the play offs and I also think we will finish top, I can't for the life of me work out how GM has done it or will do it, the guy has made me pull my hair out at times which is probably helpful considering the barbers have been closed.
Yes the manager has been fantastic since he came here (currently 9 wins out of last 10 league games). His tactics and subs are winning us games unlike the previous clown who was in charge here. I mean who the **** does not pick McGeady for half a season at this level. Idiot. Our squad is really starting to show its quality. Over this run we have had 11 players out injured. They are slowly starting to come back. Stewart last night for example. First time he has played since we signed him in Jan. I think Pboro will fall away they have been so lucky with injuries all season
You are assuming Hull supporters want to hear about your recent upturn in form. If they want that they would go on your Geordie board (oops sorry you changed to Mackams in the 80s/90s or whenever). This is my last reply to you no matter what you come back with. Best of luck in the run in.
Yes you have definitely been on an impressive run but you are not man city and even you must believe with your run in that this is going to come to a grinding halt and you start dropping points.
