Yeah, should be a doddle. I've done a 28 day juice fast before, now that was difficult. I've read up on the science behind fasting, it makes sense but even without the fasting I'd still shed lbs just with no calorie intake after 19:00. Cuts out all of the wine, beer, crisps, pizzas, sweets, etc..
I’d just deficit calories mate, fasting would be better off used at the back end when you’re trying to ditch the last half a stone. Otherwise you’ll end up fasted and on a huge calorie deficit to lose that last few lbs.
You looked into that carb cycling ? No/Low/High carb days. HIgh carbs on your workout days and low/no on your rest days. Anybody on here done it ? I might give it a whirl
