Also , when the police asked people to move on , quite a lot did . It was when some got up to make speeches and the crowd moved in , that the police moved in . I’m not saying the police acted in a totally correct manner , but the fact remains we are in lockdown and NONE of those people should have been there that night . And to call for a protest is bloody well irresponsible !

Didn't need to be mayhem for the Police to go and move them on. It was an illegal gathering and they wouldn't go home when told so the Police done the correct thing and enforced the law. Wonder how many of them protestors are going to be responsible for people dying from covid on the back of them being ****ing idiots?
They were also holding signs saying defund the police. It was just a peaceful vigil, though. Not an illegal gathering of people with tins of spray paint on them.
