Exactly my point with the Life on Mars vid. One video that has been run numerous times on SKY is male cops grabbing the women, while the female cops just stood around the bandstand looking at flowers.
There was a vigil held in Birmingham over the weekend, one of the organisers was on 5 Live this afternoon. It ran all day with no problem and as it got dark the police asked them to end it and go home, they said ok and did as asked. Amazing how simple this can be when people do as requested. Another interviewee on 5Live tonight came out with a new word (to me anyway) femicide
Gessa is correct, why is he getting ****? I posted a video yesterday (which obviously no one watched, or it didn't fit the narative) Many men there, women without masks etc.. Sadly, this is the times we live in, if anyone thinks everyone was there just to pay vigil...Well we are all ****ed then.
funny my dad and mums came around to see me today... He hadn't seen THAT goal which won us the pizza cup. so we got talking about this vigil thing, showed him some vids. His first response was, 'nothing new', he then gave me a git bit long boring lecture about the miners strike, and how people were shipped in. Just watching vids about this sad case, makes me think, he has a valid point..... Study the crowd mate, why are so many men there? You can also see women trying to start things... The whole thing is wrong, from start to finish, and the people i feel most sorry for are the poor womens family.
Why are men there? If my other half or kids were there, I'd be there to. You seriously think I'd let some copper push my family about, and neither would you. It's easy with social media and mobiles to get everyone to a site, it's a shame the old bill ain't learned this tactic yet before piling in. Also people have been locked down for a year, they are getting pissed off and they are getting very angry, especially when the infamous Met Police let one of their own kidnap and murder a woman. Emotions are running high, if the police want to put themselves in the firing line that is their look out. Afterall they know when to be discreet with Extinction Rebellion, again the public had to take the law into their own hands with that lot, dragging them off the top of trains. George Square in Scotland was busting at the seams in full chorus a week earlier, again when it come to dealing with Loyalists, the coppers bottled it.
Usual **** from modern day Britain as far as I can see Somethin happens, posts get flung on insta, MP gives speech in commons, people protest, people complain protesters were manhandled. No one will give a **** in a week
You would need to ask police Scotland and Wee jimmy Krankie why that was allowed Can't remember Extintion Rebellion protesting during a World pandemic and national lockdown but i could be wrong about that. I posted earlier that a similar vigil was held in Birmingham over the weekend, the police asked them to end it when darkness fell, they said ok and no trouble occured. Simple innit, obey the law.
maybe there were no proffesional protesters there, the one's who bounce around causing trouble, as they all in london.
Mate, if it was your family, you deal with the situation and ask questions later. You wouldn't stand back let some copper drag your daughter, sister, mother to the ground, just because they got a bit vocal. Not our fault either if some geezer strolls up with a paint spray can in his back pocket.
I take it you never saw Extinction Rebellion causing mayhem on Westminster Bridge today, where were the old bill......guess......go on guess.....no where to be seen!
these were young bloke out for trouble... Plus many women there aggitating things... Obey the lockdown rules, stay apart, pay your resoects, wear a mask etc. None of this needed to happen.
