Not sure who it was but someone's posted on the Gasroom that Nathan Ellington can't get into the team at Ipswich at the moment.

He's a proven goalscorer, bags of experience and used to playing at a much higher level.

He's got a cool name too.

Thoughts as a possible loan signing?

    ARE YOU JOKING!!!

Proven goal scorer!! I will have what you are smoking! He has scored a grand total of 17 since 2007!! Thats 17 in 4 years! Thats 4.25 per year and 0.144067797 per game.

You would be shooting yourselves in the foot!!

See what you're saying Dan but look at who he's been playing for - PNE, Derby County and Ipswich. All medium to good Championship clubs. He obviously hasn't been cutting the mustard for them so maybe a step down is exactly what he needs?

I'd be well happy if our strikers could score 17 in four years.

He was at watford before that and he scored 5 in 51 games. You would be shelling out a bomb for a fat, lazy useless turd.

Just my opinion, though probably backed up by the fans of all his previous clubs.

I don't think we need a fat, lazy useless turd who averages 4.25 goals per year (or 0.144067797 per game). Does he have a nice car?

The last i knew he has a range rover. Its the only car with a strong enough to withstand the weight and big enough to hold his food supply for the day.
