I am like a cat on hot bricks this morning. Roll on kick off. I am going to the garden to smash or build something to kill time.

Aye I had three about an hour ago mate, starting to feel a bit better, not too concerned, just grateful I've had the jab TBF.

    Nerves really kicking in.

I honestly believe a win today would be huge in cementing the confidence of the whole squad and drive us on to automatic promotion

I've thought all week today would be just a big laugh and I'd breeze through it ...

... but something's changed this morning.

Think I'm the same. Thought today would be just like another match but am starting to feel a bit sickly now and it's not off last night's beer either. Haven't had pre-match nerves like this for a while!

I am normally a bag of nerves, strangely though today no nerves at all. Breaking the Pompey hoodoo has instilled a tranquil calmness throughout.

If we win in time we will look back as fondly on this cup as the Mags do to that certificate they won

Probably moreso and definitely feel better about it as we actually qualified fir this through a competition rather than being picked for it!!

Personally I will value it probably as highly as those who saw us win the fa cup.

Don't be daft man. Easy 4-0 win, lads confidence soars, we don't lose until the semi-final of the Champions League in 3 years time (winning on away goals though).

    Haway the lads
