    Yeah but last night on Look North well known Mackem Steve Cram said he was the only runner in history to run the second half of a marathon faster than anybody else<laugh>.

    I'd love that explanation again mate, still can't get my head around it.

    So let me get this straight, someone upsets you, you call them a ****, that's not biting. They say something back, that's biting. Am I right?
