I feel absolutely terrible - I woke at 12.45am ‘on fire’ - still awake at 3.30am - cat-napped until 6.15 when Harri came in. Feels like a bad dose of the flu, aches in my legs and a thumping headache.

Hopefully, the paracetamol will ‘kick in’ shortly.
