Kebab tonight, chicken doner, bought some hot sauce to go with as I'm not a fan of the Turkish chilli sauce.

    Bought this...

Saw that myself the other day. Swerved it.

Bought a Nandos XX hot and a Mexican Firecracker instead, which is the acceptable face of a Heinz red sauce.

Let us know how it goes!!

In other news, just cracked a bottle of Mahou red.

Got a bottle of Salford Rum company white, just arrived via Amazon too.

Did a little taste, think I prefer the dark one, but will have this with ginger beer and see what that's like.

The bottle is white, it's still a spiced rum though. Just not as dark as the black bottle stuff.

The black bottle is very dark, this is more tan in colour. Not quite as dark as the Plantation but not far off.

Can't imagine rum from Manchester being any good. <laugh>

    Who knows though.

The Woodford Reserve bourbon I bought is surprisingly good with a coke.

Yeah it's potent. Encona is the best supermarket hot sauce easily.

    Operation spag bol underway.

Note: onions 1st as we've got a quite a few onion snobs here who like to give me **** if I chuck em in after the mince. 20210312_193155.jpg

This my spice mix, chilli powder, parsley, garlic, chili flakes, half a scotch bonnet. 20210312_193645.jpg

Added half a cup of boiling water with 2 oxo dissolved and the spice mix, will leave that to simmer for 20mins then get back to ya.
