I’m waiting for the lads for over £100. Had a double on us to beat Portsmouth and Tranmere in over 90 mins. Just short of 4/1
In Max and Paddy's Road to Nowhere, they went in a bar called "The Beadle Arms" and Beadle was on the clock face behind the bar....no need to guess what the hour and minute hands were.
@MattyJHewitt Aiden O’Brien facing a late fitness test tomorrow ahead of the final, says Lee Johnson. #SAFC
@jhunterchron Lee Johnson: Bailey Wright will not play in the Trophy final. Conor McLaughlin is available. #safc Denver Hume is close to fitness, but Sunday will come too soon. #safc
Not sure where the lad off RTG got this Jones injury from but it looks like its total bollocks thankfully
I haven’t listened to his press conference yet, but sometimes he has them pre recorded, if it is jones could of picked up a knock after, hopefully that’s not the case
Ah man just seen the post about Jones. Really hope that’s not true. Not so much for Sunday but could really do with him for Accrington and Lincoln.
If he is injured somebody needs to tell the manager and the press. I think Jones has been confused with AOB here
Let’s be honest, even without Jones we should be looking at Sunday as a game which while give Tranmere respect, we should be looking at a comfortable afternoon, resting five players after 60 mins, to keep them fresh for the next league game. We are currently the best team in League 1 playing football which is good to watch, full of confidence and doing the professional things right. Tranmere have just lost their main strike threat, one James Vaughan, replacing him with an ageing slow David Nugent. If we played them in an earlier round we would be making significant numbers of changes and still expecting to win. I just hope this new found confidence I have found doesn’t come back to bite me.
