Isn’t it a sorry state of affairs that a young lady being killed in our capital makes front page headlines.......whereas a 19 year old being stabbed to death the day before hardly makes the news at all , except in passing. Have we really become that desensitised to knife crime in our country ?
That’s the thing mate.....I honestly think we’ve become so used to it that it hardly warrants a few lines on page 7. It’s only the unusual and complex cases that make the news nowadays
