Yeah it’s going to have a big PR battle to become mainstream. But from an ethical and environmental point of view, it makes a lot of sense.

 

Margarine is one step away from being an explosive.

Butter always goes in the fridge, and there's a reason why Lurpak is more expensive, cos it's not ****.
